QUALITY ASSURANCE

Our Quality department personnel have many years of experience inspecting incoming parts in process and outgoing product to customer specification requirements and satisfaction.

Inspection is performed using mechanical, visual, electrical and environmental measuring equipment to extremely tight dimensional tolerances (0.00127 millimeters).

Inspection of manufactured product is performed on an audit basis to rigid MILITARY STANDARD parameters.

CUSTOMER SATISFACTION

Total plant involvement is utilized to priorities, analysis and resolve customer request, questions, or if a problem evolves. PATx will do whatever it takes to satisfy our customers quality requirements.

QUALITY TASK FORCE

Quality importance and involvement is plant wide from the janitors to the machine operators to the president. Cross-functional teams consist of Production Engineering, Purchasing, Production, Marketing and Quality Assurance.
