We have  the impressive ability to handle tolerances as low as + / - 0.001 on conventional tool room equipment and tighter tolerances when required. We have the ability to work with a large variety of metals, alloys and plastics. We can also offer resistance, LASER, TIG, MIG and ARC welding. We make all of our welding electrodes in house to suit the specific job and welding heads.

PATx / Electropartes believes that any successful job begins with planning. We have built a very impressive drafting and design department. Our draftsmen and design engineers are fully trained to provide the most accurate drawings to your specifications. Using PTC's Pro/ENGINEER , a state of the art design software. PTC's Pro/ENGINEER supports import and export of 2D and 3D geometry from IGES files (initial graphics exchange specification) DXF, DWG set, CGM step, ECAD, CATIA, etc.

With this state of the art software we are able to provide precise and detailed drawings in a timely manner to our customers. This system also works in conjunction with our "Smart-Cam" station which then relays the drawings directly to the equipment. The operator can view the program virtually before processing material.
